Check-in starts at 5:30 p.m. Before the competition starts, enjoy networking, visiting the vendor booths, and grabbing some appetizers and drinks. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and will end around 8 p.m.

Parking at the Davis Conference Center is free of charge. Check in at the registration desk to pick up your name tag and follow the signage to where the competition will take place.

Check-in starts at 8 a.m. Share your name at the registration desk to pick up your lanyard and swag bag. Your registration order information is not required. Enjoy a buffet-style continental breakfast and networking until the morning plenary session begins at 9 a.m.

Parking at the Davis Conference Center is free of charge. Signage will be displayed, and volunteers will be outside in the morning and at lunch to direct where to park. Additional spaces are available if the conference center lot reaches capacity. We encourage you to get there early for the best spots.
